“Wellbox: Guest-Star at the Festival of American Cinema in Deauville”

A charity Gala was held on Sunday September 8, outside of the 34th Festival of American Cinema in Deauville, which took place from September 5 to 14, 2008. It was organized by the comedian and former Miss France, Sonia Rolland to the benefit of the Maïsha Africa association. This charitable organisation collects donations for the children of Rwanda.

During this particularly moving evening, at the Hotel Royal Barrière, many famous and renown guests were present, including for the French: Zoé Felix, Clément Sibony, Shirley Bousquet, Stomy Bugsy, Alexandre Brasseur and among the American stars: Samuel L. Jackson and the magnificent Kelly Rowland, former Destiny’s Child who brought radiance to the evening.
The prestigious partners for the evening (Diesel, Clarins, La Prairie and LPG for Wellbox) had given one of their best product for the auction.
As for the celebrities, they answered the call of the heart to raise the bids.
The master of ceremony, Sonia Rolland, also an adept of Wellbox, helped raise the antes, to the point that the highest bid of the evening for Wellbox reached 4,500 €! The beauty ensemble LPG was specially customised for the occasion with Swarovski crystals, in the colours of the Maïsha Africa association. In the end, the Wellbox was offered by a generous donor to Kelly Rowland, visibly delighted by this gift.
LPG is particularly proud to have been involved with this evening to benefit the children of Rwanda.
