On September 1st, LPG participated for the first time in the Omega European Masters golf tournament in Crans-Montana, Switzerland.
The Omega European Masters is one of the most prestigious golf tournaments in Europe. Located in Crans-Montana, the heart of the Swiss Alps, the Golf Club Crans-sur-Sierre is undoubtedly the most spectacular site of the European Tour schedule.
This was the 65th year of this world renowned competition and was attended by over 54,000 spectators over 4 days. In past tournaments, top-flight players such as Spain’s Severiano Ballesteros, Jose Maria Olazabal, Sergio Garcia, Colin Montgomerie of Scotland, the South African Ernie Els and Britain's Lee Westwood, currently No. 2 in the world, have won the coveted trophy.
The LPG’s participation with the Huber Motion Lab joined with the Laclinic Montreux booth was very well welcomed by the golf community. The General Manager of the European tour found the machine amazing and was impressed by its unique technologie. A true asset for professional golfers he pointed.
